| Sometime it does that when its loading the new map, but if its staying like that for a long period of time than its an issue.

| Yes, it might be lag issues, if your not located in the USA or have slow internet, then that may occur, if it occurs again, restart the game.

| I have the same issue where I enter a house and leave and the map is black except for a few bushes and signs. Seems like the bottom layer is loading alot slower. But it is just a loading issues, I have yet to have it stay black, or crash my game.

| Well as said it is because the map isn't finished loading. Quitting the game and trying again or trying something like unequipping and reequipping might work. It worked for me. Also try deleting the map cache.
